Fulfilling your purpose
“See that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is," Ephesians 5:15-17.
To the one seeking purpose,
Let’s face it, time is valuable. Though we all have exactly the same amount of it each day, there are so many people and things bidding for it. The only way to redeem and make the most of our time is to understand and practice the will of the Lord. Learning to do this is not as difficult as some might believe. God desires to make His ways known to each of us. His Word teaches the following principles, and His Spirit is willing to lead us in their fulfillment.
The first and foremost commandment should be the focus of each of our lives. We are called to love God with all our heart, mind, soul and strength and to express this love by loving others as ourselves. Each of us a unique blending of gifts, talents and abilities that enable us to love in ways that are specific to us. As we learn to submit these to the Spirit of God, we can begin to understand and walk under His anointed timing. When we put all these things together, the formula for purpose might look like this:
Love God with entire being
+
Express this love by loving people
+
Through your unique design
+
Under His anointing and timing

Fulfillment of Purpose
As each of us learn to do this we will be walking in the will of God. This lifestyle will narrow down the millions of things we could be doing with our time to the specific things that God is concerned about...things eternal that will touch the real and practical needs of humanity with God’s unlimited glory.
Until God graces me to share again,
